NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE ORANGE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
| SUBJECT | Extension of Temporary Urgency Ordinance Moratorium on Large-Scale BESS Facilities |
| PROPOSAL | Extension of temporary urgency ordinance moratorium on Large-Scale Battery Energy Storage System Facilities in unincorporated Orange County for an additional ten (10) months and fifteen (15) days will allow the County sufficient time to coordinate with stakeholders and develop regulations. |
