Public Notice of Board of Supervisors’ meeting to adopt new Map Checking Fee Schedule
PROPOSAL
OC Public Works’ Map Checking Unit hereby gives public notice of its intent to update its Schedule of Fees and Deposits for Map Checking Services, including all fee and deposit categories included in Resolution 21-048. This proposed Schedule of Fees will be considered by the Orange County Board of Supervisors at a public meeting on Tuesday, June 23, 2026.
Should the Orange County Board of Supervisors approve and adopt the OC Public Works’ Map Checking Subsidy Reduction Program, the new fee schedule will go into effect on September 1, 2026.

The solar array will be ground mounted on a fixed support structure and connected to the existing on-site electrical infrastructure to provide renewable energy to the existing resort facilities.

PREVIOUS ACTIONS
On December 10, 2025, the Orange County Planning Commission held a public meeting regarding the proposed Zoning Code Amendment CA 25-02 and voted to recommend the Board of Supervisors make the appropriate findings under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and adopt Zoning Code Amendment 25-02.
