A pre-construction meeting is intended to bring the inspection team, property owner and the owner’s contractor(s)/representative(s) together to review the project and discuss expectations for work to be performed, inspections to be conducted, and general jobsite maintenance. This helps to open up communication lines between the owner/owner’s representatives and County inspection staff in an effort to determine a clear and concise path for the project to be completed.
